Leaving the voluntary OASI/DI

The voluntary OASI/DI membership ceases automatically as soon as you receive an OASI old-age pension or if you move to an EU/EFTA member state country.

Resigning from the voluntary OASI/DI scheme

You can resign from the voluntary OASI/DI scheme by returning to us, by post, the form below, duly completed, dated and signed. Resignation takes effect at the end of a quarter.

Important !

  • Your contributions are due until the end of your membership

  • Any DI rehabilitation measures which have been granted to you, will also come to an end

  • DI rehabilitation measures for minors continue under the condition that one of the parents are subject to either the compulsory OASI/DI/EO or the voluntary OASI/DI scheme.

Returning to Switzerland

Your membership in the voluntary OASI/DI ceases upon taking up residence in Switzerland.


Taking up residence within the European Union or the European Free Trade Association (EU/EFTA)

Your membership in the voluntary OASI/DI ceases automatically upon taking up residence in an EU or EFTA member state.


Receiving your OASI/DI pension early

If you wish to receive your old-age pension early, your membership in the voluntary OASI/DI ceases automatically. No action is required from your part.
