This option is available to:
- citizens of a country with which Switzerland has not signed any social security agreement;
- citizens of countries with which Switzerland has signed a social security agreement providing for such benefits.
These are available under certain conditions to citizens of countries with which Switzerland has signed a social security agreement providing for such benefits.
Only Turkish citizens are eligible to request transfer of OASI contributions to Turkey’s social security system.
Particular case:
Nationals of certain countries with social security agreement can choose between the payment of a pension, a lump sum or the reimbursement of their contributions.
