Am I entitled to the transfer of my contributions?
Only the social security agreement concluded between Switzerland and Türkiye provides for the transfer of contributions.

What conditions must be met?
- having Turkish nationality
- having left Switzerland permanently
- having contributed in Switzerland for a minimum of 1 month
- never having received Swiss OASI or DI benefits
How do I submit an application?
You can apply to transfer your Swiss contributions to the Turkish social insurance at any age.

What happens to my transferred contributions?
The Turkish insurance uses the transferred contributions to increase the amount of the Turkish pension. If the transfer does not benefit you, the Turkish insurance will return the transferred OASI contributions to you.
What are the consequences?
As a result of the transfer of your contributions, you and your survivors can no longer claim any rights under the OASI/DI scheme.

Türk Sosyal Sigortası, aktarılan primlerini Türk emekli maaşının miktarını artırmak için kullanıyor. Transferin size herhangi bir fayda sağlamaması halinde, Türk Sosyal Sigortası, aktarılan AHV/AVS prim payını, size iade eder.
Prim transferinin sonuçları nelerdir?
Primlerinizin transferi ardından, siz ve hayatta kalanlarınız artık AHV/AVS-IV/AI üzerinde herhangi bir hak talep edemezsiniz.
