Statement of the individual account for insured persons residing outside Switzerland
The account statement allows you to check the contributions and income declared in Switzerland.
Individual account (CI)
It contains:
- income
- contribution periods
- any credits for care tasks
This information is used to calculate your future old-age and survivors’ insurance or disability insurance pension.
The account statement is free of charge. Processing the request may take up to two months.
You are an insured person
The request must be accompanied by the following documents:
- a copy of both sides of the valid identity document (identity card or passport);

You are an authorised representative
The request must be accompanied by the following documents:
- a valid power of attorney expressly authorising the representative to obtain a statement of the individual account (if you do not have a power of attorney, a template is available here power of attorney);
- a copy of both sides of the principal’s valid identity document (identity card or passport);
- a copy of both sides of the representative’s valid identity document (identity card or passport).
