Change of marital status
Any change in civil status for beneficiaries of an OASI/DI benefit paid by the Swiss Compensation Office must be reported.
Documents to be sent in the event of:
- Marriage: copy of the marriage certificate.
- Legal separation: copy of the separation decree stating the effective date.
- Divorce: copy of the divorce decree or any other official document stating the effective date.
- Widowhood: copy of your deceased spouse’s death certificate
